Following confirmation by the manufacturer of the conformity of the returned product (intact product), the full amount of the order will be returned within 14 days. If the product is found to be damaged, you will not be entitled to a refund of the money.

If the product is damaged and visible from the outside, the goods must not be accepted by the courier and therefore the refusal must be communicated to our customer service. In the event that it is damaged when opening the package, it is necessary to document it with a photo and send it to the email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting its intervention. In this case, all costs are borne by us. From time to time we will decide whether to send a whole new supply or supplement it only for damaged products.
